"Before I started with Sally I'd honestly been struggling for twenty plus years with chronic pain in my left hip that radiated down into my knee. The pain interfered with getting a good nights' sleep as it would wake me up if I was unaware that I had rolled on my side to sleep. I also would also often have pain with walking and if I sat for long periods of time. Over the past 20 years, I had tried Motrin and other healing modalities: massage, chiropractic care, acupuncture, herbs, and energy work. They each helped for several weeks and then the pain would return. I had absolutely no hope or expectations of improvement with our work. In fact we had successfully worked together on many other emotional issues when on a whim, I asked her about this physical issue of hip pain.
Sally helped to identify the real underlying issue for my pain, the origin so to speak, so that my body could finally recover! I had not connected that the pain started when my 25 year marriage had started unraveling. I tried to keep my happy face on for our three children and as Sally said "...the pain had to go somewhere and it went to your hip".
I can't say how much I recommend working with Sally for now I walk, sit and sleep with ease. I am now increasing how much I walk from 5K steps a day to 9K a day. This brings me great pleasure and helps my clothes fit better too. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Sally for both physical and emotional healing. You will be glad that you did."
