It started with a fever. I realized I had a classic COVID 19 symptom and got tested. My test result was positive and my symptoms were considered moderate: fever, shortness of breath, and fatigue. The steroid I was given on day 10 of symptoms was a game changer for me. I isolated at home alone for the duration.
Life after isolation
Grateful to be feeling better, I noticed what I called the \”aftermath”. These are COVID 19 symptom that return, but for me, at a MUCH lower level. My aftermath included shortness of breath, inability to take a deep breath, night sweats, and frequent throat clearing. My spirit guides tell me there are other symptoms as well that I don’t recognize.
I recently learned that my symptoms are long hauler symptoms. I heard of COVID 19 long haulers, but thought they were people with major symptoms affecting systems of the body, often accompanied by pain. Just like the COVID 19 disease process itself, long hauler symptoms can range from mild to severe. These symptoms are not constant, but I experience them almost every day.
Long Hauler Symptom Relief
When I notice a COVID 19 symptom, I ask my spirit guides about it and find a forceful attractor field. I work on that using my Attracting Joy energy method and the symptom resolves quickly. (Side note: other types of pathogens also show up as forceful attractor fields).
When I was done with my isolation, I asked my doctor if I should get another test confirming the virus was gone. He said no and indicated the virus is still active at some level 90 days after infection and may still be detected by a test. I found this interesting, so every day I started to ask my spirit guides \”Is there active SARS CoV-2 virus in my body? In how many places? Where are those places?\” I applied my method to resolve them.
Interestingly, in a day or so more active SARS CoV-2 virus would show up. I now ask my guides questions about virus replicationACE, dormancy, ACE2 receptor health, immune system effectiveness, and other questions that come to mind. I use the Attracting Joy method to address them all. It is still a work in progress, but I am optimistic it is making a difference for this long hauler.
